Train Hyrox
At CrossFit Löwe, we dedicate three days a week to Hyrox-specific training, designed to build both strength and endurance through high-volume workouts. These sessions are meticulously crafted to help you crush your next Hyrox event and achieve a personal record. However, even if you're not competing in Hyrox, these workouts will push your fitness to new heights, improving your performance in any sport or activity you pursue.
